Issues with revisiting previous slides - Articulate Storyline

Hello all!

 

I'm having serious issues with attempting to revisit a previous slide in my Storyline 360 e-learning course. When I attempt to go back to a previous slide using the sidebar menu, the current slide remains in place and actually progresses the timeline onwards.

 

Is there a solution to this at all?

    Hi Richard,

    I'm sorry to hear you're hitting this snag! It would be helpful to see the Storyline file to understand why the navigation issue happens.

    I appreciate you sharing the zipped published output, but can you also share your Storyline project file (*.story) with us so we can look at what you have set up? You may also share it with us privately by sending it along here.
