Issues with Rise share links in Word documents

We have noticed an issue when using the Rise course share links in word documents and communications, in that when you click on the link it takes you to the Articulate log/info pa...
The shared link doesn't work in word documents. Like the others have said, it directs you to the Articulate login/info page. We've been experiencing this where I work.
I've just responded to the other post so you can see my findings there, but it does appear to depend on what type of device I am using and potentially, something to do with security or settings.
