Javascript scrollIntoView not working correctly

Hi so I'm trying to recreate this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c_WjEe0qzUo&feature=youtu.be I've changed the javascript to all be on one line but regardless it doesn't work correctly like it ...

Thank you for this wonderful code.

I have a problem, I use this code and everything is functional in my preview. When I publish a review, it still works on my side, but when my colleagues test it, it doesn't work. Do you have any ideas.

    I'm not an expert in Javascript, but I'm curious about which browser you're using compared to your colleague. That may be a good place to start!
