Javascript scrollIntoView not working correctly

I've changed the javascript to all be on one line but regardless it doesn't work correctly like it ...

We use the same browser.
I finally found my mistake. I had set transparency to 0%, and that's what was causing problems for my colleagues. I had to set no background color for it to work.
