Check which version of Storyline you are using - the May 28 release had problems with screen readers reading out 'graphic' etc. Updating to the latest June 18 version solves this issue.
Regarding the radio buttons, you need to go into each state of the pictures and check the 'Object is visible to accessibility tools' box. I notice they were unchecked in your file.
