Knowledge Check without feedback
7 years after the initial post... I'm here to add yet another comment in support of this change! If not as an adaptation to the current Knowledge Check blocks, please provide a new type of block that enables learners to get feedback PER CHOICE and not be told their selection is "Incorrect". Thank you!
Heather, I have hard to resort to using flipcards or accordions as a question with out correct/incorrect etc and feedback. Its sloppy but as Articulate refuses to update most block templates from when Rise was launched over 10 years years ago that's all we got! Just some basic improvements to questions like this would be amazing. Also Why do questions look like bit of paper? (Are you trying to emulate Bob Dylan - Subterranean Homesick Blues music video!).

Hello HeatherAlbertso and KaneB,
I appreciate you sharing how this would impact your workflows. I have shared your insight with our product team. We'll share future updates in this thread so everyone is aware.

Thanks so much for coming back. It's pretty obvious that the lack of useful and updated questions renders the option to use the knowledge checks unviable in cases where we aim to facilitate understanding not just correct/incorrect. Introducing non-knowledge-check questions as a block template, or even a simple toggle, could streamline the process without overcomplicating it.
It's incredibly frustrating to see repeated requests for this enhancement that would take a small amount of development time made over the past seven+ years without meaningful progress on issues we've consistently raised. Despite numerous discussions and requests for a simple, critical update—to enable questions that don’t automatically assess as correct or incorrect—this hasn’t been addressed.
The request for workflows impacted by this issue feels out of touch with how users express their concerns. While I appreciate that you're passing on the message, after seven years, it feels like shouting into the void.
I urge you to take these issues seriously and consider straightforward solutions that respond to long-standing user feedback, turning these discussions into action.
Looking forward to some tangible progress in less than another 7 years.
(also lose the paper like of the questions please!)
