Labeled Graphic - Problem with Markers
Hello everyone,
When I create a course with Rise 360, I like to use a labeled graphic. But when I look in the preview or later in my LMS, the markers become quite vivid. They start flickering randomly, see video. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
I am using a Macbook. Could it be that there is a problem with macOS?

It sounds like you're encountering erratic behavior with Labeled Graphic Markers in Rise 360!
Thank you for sharing the screen recording. Using macOS hardware, I tested a Labeled Graphic Block with Google Chrome, and Firefox. While the Markers produced an initial 'burst' effect, they proceeded to pulse as normal. The behavior shown in your recording should not be happening.
I have some follow-up questions to help me understand your setup a little better:
- Are you experiencing this issue across all supported browsers?
- Does clearing the browser's cache make any improvement?
- Are you accessing Rise 360/the LMS through a remote desktop, that could be introducing some form of latency?
