Large excel table graphic is pixelated in Storyline 360
Hello,
We are emulating a large Excel table (4 columns with 200 rows) because we found that building such a large table in Storyline 360 caused the application to freeze.
We have created the table as a graphic (.png) and the graphic does not look pixelated if viewed in an image application (like Photoshop). When the graphic is inserted into Storyline, it is pixelated.
I read on a thread (old) that you can insert a graphic into a slide (off screen) and that you should make the graphic as huge as possible. Then copy and paste the graphic, reducing to the size needed on the slide, whereby Storyline 360 will internally reference the resolution of the large image. I tried this and it didn't work.
Does anyone recommend an alternative way to retain clarity when using large graphics in Storyline?
Thank you,
Andy

Hi Andy,
If you import an image that is larger than the slide size it will be blurry/pixelated when shrunk down.
I use this tool to cut larger images and screenshots into parts that are smaller than my slide size.

After cutting the image into smaller parts you can position these together in storyline to rebuild the image.
