Launching Storyline Export via iOS Files

Hi! I'm trying to find a way to launch a story.html file via the iOS files folder on an iPad.

I've downloaded/imported the entirety of my Storyline export folder into my iOS local files folder, but when attempting to access the story.html file, it appears blank. I assume it's opening in the Files browser, but there's no way to open it in Safari (when clicking share, the only options are AirDrop, Messages, Mail, Books & Notes). I cannot download any external applications (like Edge or Chrome) as these iPads are company-owned.

I am attempting to do this on an iPad 7th Generation with the latest OS (16.3).
