  • I don't think it's intuitive to click the question. The user should be able to see and click both potential answers right away. In other words, I suggest you use one slide to show the info for both the Yes and No answers. 

    You could show the Yes info and the No info on separate layers, and require the user to view both. (see TIP: Controlling the NEXT Button 101 | Articulate - Community)

    Or you could have the info from both answers eventually appear together on the slide. If you do that, you wouldn't have to use layers. Just give some objects an Initial State of Hidden, and then change them to Normal based on clicks. 

    Also note that the Visited, Selected, Hover states all contain the Normal state. So the Visited state of your question button looks like this: 

    • As I said above, I don't think that should be a button. But you need to be aware of how the states look when previewed/published.
