Learner emails from custom domain

There isn't a way to change the name of the email client that sends automated notifications to Reach 360 users. Our system manages this, and it is the same for all users. Can I ask if you are experiencing any issues with notifications not reaching their intended recipients?
Thanks for the reply. We are doing our documentation of the onboarding process, and this wasn't so clear.
Could I suggest that this is mentioned on the custom domain documentation page?

Happy to share your feedback with our product team. Also, we're tracking a feature request that will allow Reach 360 users to customize the sender address for e-mail domains. I've linked this discussion to the feature report so we can notify you if this enhancement makes it to our product roadmap.
