Learners Getting Stuck Randomly in Courses

We did mostly resolve this issue...it appears to have been some setting in PeopleSoft ELM LMS. Since we have our own server-based version of PeopleSoft, and finding programmers for that in -house, it's difficult to figure out those little switches that can affect these things, but our folks were able to greatly reduce the instances of this occurring with a programming switch of some kind on the LMS. We still do have some once in a great while, but the major issue seems to be mitigated.
So the I.T. folks tweaked something either on the elm server or something in the elm config in PIA? Our issue also seems related or compounded with Edge/Chrome browser changes that cause cross-origin errors. We'll keep looking. Thanks much for your quick reply!
