We like to utilize several modalities to reach all audiences: job aids, short videos, communication, intranet, LMS. We also communicate to leaders so they can cascade the information to their direct reports who may not have immediate access to these sorts of things.

Depending on the content, we will post this on our intranet, include a link to them in our communication or upload them to our LMS.
