Learning Module Not Working For All Users
Good afternoon. This is an odd one. I created a Storyline module and a new hire class has taken it, but for 2 of the learners, they cannot get past a section where they have to enter a name and ad...
Assuming I have understood correctly, they are using the same work laptops and all related systems. They have tried launching the module in both Chrome and Edge, both having the same issue. I am not really sure if there are any different browser settings. They should be the same but I am not sure if I can guarantee that. This module was originally published with SCORM 1.2 and we hoped that using SCORM 2004 would fix it.
I will forward your response to our Workday Learning expert to see if this can help her with the issue.
