Learning Pool xAPI and reporting to LMS
Hi Kelly,
Many thanks for your message.
I think that this firstly a question of understanding on my part.
After a bit of studying I think I understand things like this.
1. xAPI allows monitoring of elements within the course such as watching a video or doing an exercise within the course, in a way it is a tighter way of seeing how the delegate completes a session. This is done by adding triggers within the slides asking it to send statements. Great for complex courses with lots of tasks to complete?
2. Scorm on the other hand is great for a simply course with a multiple response quiz at the end?
Does this sum it up or have I missed something?
Thanks,
Nick
