Are you referring to the cover image on your Rise 360 course? Please note you can crop all images in Rise 360 except course cover photos and scenario block backgrounds. If you can share a screenshot or a copy of your file with our team, we'd be happy to take a closer look. You can upload that here or privately in a support case.
