License Activation
Hi,
I've currently got my Storyline license installed on 2 PCs. Tragically one of them has stopped working completely. I now have a new second machine and want to install Storyline on this machine. Unfortunately I have no way of de-activating the license on the old 'dead' machine. Does anyone have any suggestions to get around this?

Contact support to reset your activations.

I have an activation key to usem but not able to activate it as I am unable to find that window. My trial version has expired and I need to login with the activation key

The prompt to enter a Storyline license should appear during startup, similar to what is shown in this screenshot (the application shown here is Storyline 3):
Do you already have Storyline 3 installed on your machine, or are you trying to access Storyline 360? If your license is for Storyline 3, here is how to download and install it. You'll see the prompt the enter the license when you first launch the application.
