I understand that you would like links from the Resources tab to open in a smaller window so that it does not hide the window from the learner. Unfortunately, this is not currently a feature in Storyline.
I’m looking forward to what our community members will suggest as a workaround for you! You’re also welcome to share your thoughts with our team as a feature request.
