Hi Jose,
We are looking to customize Resource links to open to a smaller window size too (800x600) for the same reason. This would truly help having the ability to customize the window size of a Resource link.

As JoseTansengco already mentioned, this feature isn't currently available in Storyline. However, I happen to have a JavaScript solution that does exactly what you're looking for (see example below).
