Links not working

Hello Articulate SME's! 

I am looking for advice regarding an on-going issue. I have created a compliance course where you need to click on 3 policies before the next button will appear. I have been running into issues where upon clicking on the last link, it kicks them out of the course. I have updated the links, tested, re-tested, sent it to my team to test and all works. Zip it up and send to be uploaded to our LMS and the last policy does not work. I have consulted SME's at work and from what they see everything is good. 

This last testing I showed my TM how it was working and went I sent the new Review to her, it wasn't working. I'm baffled - any help is GREATLY appreciated!

I have it set up as when they click the link the state changes to visited and when all are visited the next button appears. Happy to send any screen shots!

    I see that you've posted this in our best practices forum here! Our Discuss Articulate Products forum would be a better fit when trying to troubleshoot technical issues with Articulate tools. Our Exchange Best Practices forum is more of a space for collaborating on L&D practices.
