Links opening in a new tab instead of a window.

I have a course in Rise with a Storyline presentation I uploaded into Conerstone and it seems to be confusing some users. I added a link for users to click and it opens in a new window which is hidden easily. Is there a way to set the link to open in a new tab and not a window? Any help is appreciated.
