List all hyperlinks within storyline course and location
Is there a method to list or find all hyperlinks within a storyline course. I need to find all my hyperlinks to replace and do not want to go through each screen looking for them?

There isn't a central location to find all of the hyperlinks listed in a course.
We haven't seen much traction with this feature request. Is there a specific use case that you have in mind? I'm happy to share it with our team and determine the priority from there.
Lauren, were you serious when you wrote this? It's really important, e.g. when you pass the file to someone else, the links will break as they may have different file structure.
Hi JackKuczynski-7! When files change hands and folder paths shift, it's easy to lose track of things. Storyline doesn’t currently include a built-in way to list all hyperlinks and where they live, so I can see how that could get frustrating.
Here are a couple of things you can try:
- Keep links intact: If you’re worried about relative paths breaking, try publishing the course to a ZIP file (File → Publish → ZIP). That keeps everything bundled, so links aren’t relying on someone else’s folder setup.
- Extract hyperlinks manually: If you need a full list of links, some folks unzip the .story file (it’s actually a ZIP) and search the XML files for Hyperlink tags. It’s a bit technical, but it’s the most reliable way to see them all in one place.
