Sorry to hear you've run into this issue!
I see that you've also opened a support case and connected with my teammate Matthew. Smart move! It looks like Matthew confirmed the behavior you encountered is related to a known bug:
- Embedding a MicroLearning Course Using iFrame will Auto-Scroll to ML
In the meantime, as a workaround, we suggest: migrating the content to an actual Rise course instead of utilizing a microlearning format. Our findings suggest that this issue occurs solely with Microlearnings.
