Lock Orientation of Screen in Rise for Learners

How do you lock the orientation of the screen for learners in Rise? I want them to only be able to view it horizontally. I think I saw it in a video somewhere here, and now I can't find it! Pl...

Rise does not have a setting to lock the orientation of the screen for learners.
