Locked questions
Hi, Caryn.
Thank you for reaching out!
When you create the draw from the question bank, you can lock the two questions together by selecting the option in the lock question dropdown. In the example below, I have six questions, locked in pairs, and my draw will display two random questions to the user:

For example: if the first question is 2A, then 2B will follow; if it's 3A, then 3B will follow.
Let me know if this helps!
Hello,
We have a similar issue. We lock pairs of questions together. It works but only twice. If i fail the quiz twice, when I retry, the questions are not locked together anymore.
Any idea why?

Hi StphanieD-6dddf,
Thanks for reaching out!
Our team is tracking a bug where question draws do not respect locked question sequences when they are retried. In your case, I understand the locked questions work twice, but aren't locked if retried after that. Are you able to share your file with us here or privately in a support case so we can take a closer look? We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete!
