Locked questions
I've noticed that slides/questions can be locked in both a slide draw and a question bank - and the they are not synchronized - is there any reason for this?

I am trying to build a quiz where questions in a bank are locked in pairs. If it draws one the locked follow up questions always comes next. I created a quiz and it is drawing 2 slides which in my mind should be one locked pair, but I am seeing two unassociated questions instead. I can't find anything showing me how this locking thing is supposed to actually work.
