Looking for Instructional Designer with experience in early education/special education

I am the program manager for an education project in California. Our content focus is in ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) and are looking for a seasoned Instructional Designer with experience in this content area and in using Rise. Our team has been involved in development of Rise courses previously, although our content expert has not. This is contract work and the rate is negotiable.
