Another good idea is to check into Articulate Online, which although it isn't free, you can get a 30-day free trial so that you can give it a test drive and try out all the reporting & tracking features. It's really easy to use, too.
Docebo is great, however, 4.5 was the last release before they went cloud based.
Correction... 4.6 was released, however, only of few of us got it before they stopped releasing it altogether.
