Loop audio not working in slide master and layout in Storyline 3

Hi,

I have inserted trigger looping a sound to slide master and layout. But it worked for only one page. Is it a bug?

Note: I make sure by applying all slide masters and layouts.

    The slide master isn't persistent thus when you launch a new slide, it reloads which would stop the audio and then reload it.
