Can anyone tell me why I lost nearly 90,000 credits when my Articulate license auto-renewed?

HI Kelly, I get it. My mistake. I see the disclaimer in emails it just didn't register. Moving on, why on earth is it so tedious to buy more? I've been waiting since last Friday to get this resolved and I still haven't heard from your billing department. They have slowed me down and impacted productivity. I just want to buy more credits and move on....
