Marker is not showing text box

I want to add a marker to an image and have a text box with information pop up when a user clicks the marker. When I add the marker the text box does not appear.

I can't set up a text block to display any. I thought when you added the
marker a display instantly pops up you can fill.Hi Wendy
if you click the marker that text block will display for you to enter information. Is that not happening for you?
