Marker options not showing

Hi there -- The icons on the Markers aren't showing up for me; I'm simply seeing a bunch of dots (see screenshot). I've tried closing Storyline and restarting my computer to no avail.  Any ideas? ...

Hi Christy,

Do you know what version of Storyline you're using? You can check by going to the "Help" Tab -> "About Articulate Storyline". I'd want to confirm you're using the latest updates of either Storyline 3, build 3.5.16548.0 or Storyline 360, build 3.23.17480.0.

If you're not, updating would be my first recommendation. 

If you are on the latest update, I'd look at repairing Storyline first, and confirming you're working on local project files.
