Marker options not showing

The icons on the Markers aren't showing up for me; I'm simply seeing a bunch of dots (see screenshot). I've tried closing Storyline and restarting my computer to no avail. Any ideas? ...
Hello, I am seeing the similar issues on storyline 360. Since Christy responded two years ago, are there any recent updates to storyline 360? If so, could you provide the link. The repairing link provided is for storyline 3. THanks, DW
