Markers on layers disappear when layers are shown in Preview Mode

That is some weird behavior. I would confirm that you are on the latest update and that you are working locally (no shared drives). If you are still having the issues, I think your best course of action may be to submit a case to Articulate where the engineers can look under the hood to check out your files.
