Master Slide content not visible
I've got a project I created a month ago I need to finish.
To keep things simple, most elements are on the masterslide.
Now, with the new Storyline version, I do not see these elements anymore allthough the correct master slide is selected - neither in preview nor in the export.
Any idea on how to fix that?

Interesting issue. There is definitely an issue more than likely with the amount of shapes on the master, since the slide frame was not even loading on preview or publish. Also, the Preview was taking a long time to load. Changing those to invisible allows the slide to play, but there is nothing on it. So, I selected the shapes and exported them as a picture. Removed the shapes and inserted and resized the picture in their place and the slide played fine.
It might be worth submitting a case just to let the Support Team investigate what limits you may have hit with all those shapes, or if there was one that was corrupt, etc. https://articulate.com/support/contact/case
