Sorry to hear you're experiencing crashes, when authoring in Storyline!
I have some follow-up questions to help me understand your setup a little better:
- Are you working with locally-stored .story files? Working off of a network, or shared drive may introduce latency or unexpected behavior.
- Have you tried a repair of your Storyline installation to see if that corrects the issue?
- Are the crashes specific, to a particular project file? Also, do the crashes occur during a certain time in the authoring process (previewing, publishing, etc.)?
If you're comfortable sharing one of the affected .story files, we'd be happy to take a closer look. Feel free to upload that here in the discussion or privately through a support case.
