Media doesn't work

Hello... I recently did the update to 360-64bit.  I am trying to build something very simple. Any slide that has media, either audio or video, won't play. I can't preview the slide... I can't play from the timeline... I can review the audio in audio editor.  If there is no media on the slide, preview works as expected. I have tried in both the regular 360 and the new 64bit with same results.  I have closed the platform and restarted my computer with no difference.  Is anyone else experiencing trouble like this.
