Menu not showing in published storyline file
Hello,
I have the menu turned on but when I publish the file it is missing both the hamburger menu and the resources button. The title and accessibility settings are showing. I've played with the settings many times and republished with the same result. I am not having any trouble with any of the other files I am publishing with the same settings.
I am publishing to web.
The image is of the right side of the published document where the hamburgerr menu is usually showing.

I appreciate you sharing what you are currently working on and experiencing in your project file.
It sounds like you have selected to display the menu via the player properties but are not seeing it show.
Another place I would check is the slide layer properties and see if you have custom selected. If so, be sure to choose the menu here as well:
Recently had a similar issue where I was only seeing one slide in the menu when publishing to Review 360. I don't know why or when it happened, but I somehow selected to publish only one specific slide. I fixed it by changing it to Entire Project on the publish screen:
