Microsoft Edge browser-reader function not working on answer options in MC questions
Some of our client's users use browser-reader functions to read texts aloud to improve accessibility. For pick one/pick many question slides it won't read the answer options that are included in the form view. Once the text blocks are removed from the form view, they will be read aloud.
Adding alt-text did not change the working, only taking the text blocks out of form view did.
E-learning made with Articulate Storyline, player turned off, user used Microsoft Edge reader-function.
Is this a bug that can be fixed?

Hi SupportAccount-,
I’m sorry to hear you’re running into this trouble. Storyline supports Windows Narrator used with Microsoft Edge, as outlined in our system requirements, but it does not support the Read Aloud function built into Edge.
Narrator is a full-fledged screen reader designed for interacting with Windows, while Read Aloud is a browser-based tool mainly for consuming content and improving reading focus on the web.
Could you try using Windows Narrator instead and see if that resolves the issue? Looking forward to your response.

Hi EricSantos,
In that case this is a request to make it compatible. Using a different tool doesn't resolve the issue at hand. This person's vision isn't fully lost and they only use the reader tool when needed. As most people who do not need a screenreader to be able to use their computer the remainder of the time do.Are there any official routes I should take to submit this request?
Kind regards
Hello SupportAccount-,
Thanks for clarifying. I’ve informed our product team about your request so they can see if it’s possible to support Edge’s Read Aloud. We’ll let you know if any changes are made that might help.
Please feel free to reach out if you run into anything else.
