In that case this is a request to make it compatible. Using a different tool doesn't resolve the issue at hand. This person's vision isn't fully lost and they only use the reader tool when needed. As most people who do not need a screenreader to be able to use their computer the remainder of the time do.
Are there any official routes I should take to submit this request?
