Modern Player is Fundamentally Broken

Hi,

When we upload courses to SCORM cloud or our LMS, clicking the seekbar (or dragging it) results in videos and object states resetting. But only when published to the Modern player. In the classic player everything works as it should.

Please fix this asap.
