Modifying the printed result report in Storyline 360

Yes, you are correct. Any changes you make to the report.html do not appear in the print feature when using HTML5. It sounds like you would like a native customizable and printable results feature that works in both Flash and HTML5 - that's an idea I'm sure many users would benefit from.
