Move from layer to layer

You could add a try again button on the 'Incorrect answer' layer with a trigger to 'show layer' the one with the MCQ. In the MCQ's layer make sure layer properties have 'When revisiting: Reset to initial state' set, otherwise the learner's wrong selection is still highlighted when they come back.

Thanks! Is "Try again" a special type of button? Where can I find it?

Not a special type of button, no. It's just a standard button that you insert yourself and label "Try again". The name has no meaning to SL, it's only there so the learner knows what it does.
To add one: Insert > Button, then draw it on your Incorrect layer, double-click it to type the text, and use the Format tab to style it.
So once the button is on the layer, select it, then in the Triggers panel click the plus sign and set up: Action > Show layer, Layer: MCQ layer. When: User clicks. Object: Try again button
