It sounds like you're referring to the player seekbar, is that right?
The seekbar has two settings:
- Allow user to drag seekbar: learners can use the seekbar to scrub back and forth along the timeline
- Seekbar is read only: learners cannot skip ahead, since the seekbar is locked.
Try switching the seekbar setting, and let me know if that helps!
