Multimedia Audio prevent user from dragging to end

I noticed that when I input a multimedia audio, I can drag the cursor to end without having listened completely to the audio. Is there a way to prevent this so this user has to listen ...
If you are using Rise 360, and referring to an Audio block, there is no built-in functionality within Rise to force the user to listen to the entire audio segment.
