Printing individual blocks in a Rise 360 course isn't supported yet, but your learners can use the print functionality to print specific or all parts of a Rise 360 course.
Adam recorded a nice demo of this using Peek here, right around the 1:05 mark.
You'll also find more printing functionality in Storyline 360 if building your courses over there is something you'd like to explore in the future.
