Hi, I have 3 TextEntery fields on the same slide. I want to submit responses to LMS. Here is have review question and I need to know how it is possible.
- Can I submit responses to LMS without converting the slide to FreeForm or any type of question slide?
- Which type of question slide allows me to get multiple responses and submit responses to LMS without a result slide(I have closed out the slide after this text entry slide)?
- Does LMS track all text entry fields in the published SCORM files or every time we need to submit responses?
Thank You!

Hello Sync Learning Experiences,
Happy to help!
Allow me to address each of your inquiries individually.
- Can I submit responses to LMS without converting the slide to FreeForm or any type of question slide?
- You'll need to use a form-based question slides in order to submit the responses to your LMS for reporting purposes. - Which type of question slide allows me to get multiple responses and submit responses to LMS without a result slide(I have closed out the slide after this text entry slide)?
- This isn't possible to do without a results slide. You'll need a Results slide to send the responses of your learners to your LMS. - Does LMS track all text entry fields in the published SCORM files or every time we need to submit responses?
- If you include all of the form-based slides that accept text-entry from users in a Results slide, then yes, these will be submitted and tracked in the LMS. You can also elect not to include specific questions from being included in the Results slide.
Additionally, if you're trying to do more customization with your user's input that aren't covered by the standard form-based question slides, you can take a look at this article for an alternative way to accept and record user's input in your LMS:
