Multiple text entry quiz

Hi everybody

I'm creating a SAP E-Learning and I wanted to use multiple text entries. So that de learners has to enter the amount of ordered tables for example and that the learner has to enter the number of the order. 

Is this possible or do I have to make two slides out of one?
