I'm happy to help troubleshoot. Since this issue is happening in preview mode and the published output, I would start by importing your slides into a new Storyline project. From there, try publishing the course again. If the issue persists, it'd be helpful to take a closer look at your file. You can share it here or privately in a support case and we'll delete it once we're done troubleshooting.
