Sorry for the daft question but how do i change the navigation on my rise course to this style with the navigation arrows at the top and bottom
That navigation is used for Microlearnings. You have to choose that option when you create the course:
To transfer existing content, put it all into a Block Template, and then insert that Block Template where you want it. Here's more info: https://access.articulate.com/support/article/Rise-Creating-Sharing-and-Reusing-Block-Templates
